Rehabilitation of the sick industrial enterprises of the State.

Micro or Small industrial enterprise registered under MSME Act having EM Part II acknowledgement and satisfying the criteria of Sick enterprise as per the RBI guidelines.

Reimbursement @50% of cost of Draft Rehabilitation Scheme as assistance subject to maximum of Rs.1 lakh

For General Purpose Registration

1. The applicant enterprise shall have to apply to the office of the Industries Commissioner in a prescribed application form along with all documents given in the checklist.
2. The proposal will be scrutinize for giving registration to the unit as Sick Enterprise.
3. Registration Certificate will be issued.

For Assistance for Diagnostic Study Report

1. The applicant enterprise shall have to apply to the office of the Industries Commissioner in a prescribed application form along with all documents given in the checklist.
2. The proposal will be scrutinize.
3. IC office will disburse the assistance.
