Who is eligible to get the benefit?
Micro, Small & Medium Enterprise acknowledged under the MSMED Act 2006 OR Udhyog Adhaar No
Assistance Available and conditions
20 % of expenditure incurred on rising of fund through SME maximum up to Rupees five lakhs one time after successful rising of equity as per approved scheme by SME during the operative period of the scheme.
Conditions
- Application should be for raising equity through SME Exchange for the enterprise to be setup in Gujarat.
- Proposal under this scheme will be sanctioned & disbursed by IC office, Gandhinagar

Procedure for sanction & Disbursement
- The application with all relevant documents as mentioned in checklist should be submitted to office of the Industries Commissioner, Gandhinagar.
- On receipt of approval, sanction of incentive will be given after verification of details, scrutiny of application.
- Sanction order will be issued by IC office.
- Disbursement of amount of assistance will be done by IC office on availability of the fund, on successful raising of fund through equity & commencement of production of the proposed project.
