Assistance to Manufacturing Sector under the Scheme of Interest Subsidy

Interest Subsidy under Assistance to Manufacturing Sector Scheme (2013) is declared to promote Manufacturing Sectors in the State.

2. Eligibility
   All MSMEs & Large Industries having an actual investment the project cost up to Rs. 100 crores will be eligible for setting up a new unit or expansion or diversificationormodernization / technology up-gradation in existing unit for the following sectors as mentioned below.
   • Auto & Auto Components
   • Solar and Wind Equipments Manufacturing
   • Specialty & Fine chemicals
   • Electronic System Design and Manufacturing (ESDM)
   • Food & Agro Business.
3. Assistance
   Interest Subsidy is provided @ 7% for MSMEs with maximum limit of Rs. 25 lakhs per annum and 2% for Large Industries with maximum limit of Rs. 50 lakhs per annum.
4. How to Apply
   
   • The Unit applying within one year from the date of first installment of loan disbursment shall become eligible.
   • In case the application is submitted after one year from the date of disbursement of first installment, the incentive period and eligible amount shall be redused proportionately from the date of first disbursement to the date of application.
   • Thus the interest subsidy would not be eligiblr from the date of first disbursement of loan to date of application.
